Quick Qarxis overview

The reason why we decided to integrate Qarxis and Facebook is to mainly tear down formalities and allow almost instant signup, profile creation, access to comment fields etc. while at the same time allowing users to write blog posts, participate in discussions, invite their friends and much more.

The old Qarxis only allowed few members (moderators) to publish blog posts, users were only able to comment onto those blog posts and that was pretty much all they could do. The new Qarxis allows everyone to contribute and share articles, funny stuff, videos etc. Moderators then review the content to make sure the submitted entries comply with the site’s terms of use. After a successful check, a user’s blog post appears on the main page and other members can comment on it and air their opinions regarding the post.

To write a blog post, login first and then click on Blog posts on the sidebar. You get to a page where all your posts are listed, there won’t be anything in there if you haven’t contributed of cause. You then click on the New blog post button next to the title and this takes you straight to the content entry page where you will be able to submit your blog post by clicking on the blue “Submit for review” button.

A video demonstration is coming soon.

Since Qarxis is using Facebook, it is vital that you always logout from Qarxis.com before leaving your computer. You don’t just walk away while logged in on Facebook do you?
