Aduunyo.com has decided to go on the streets of UK and collect the various views of our people and bring it together for you. With Aduunyo.com’s first “One Question Documentary” they asked the question “How do you think Somalia will be in 2020 (10 years from now)?”

I am afraid that i am one of those pesimist. I dont think 10 years will be enough to see significant changes.
I am worse, I think the entire world will be at a mess in 10 years time let alone Somalia.
Who ever that thinks Somalia will be in a better state 10 years from now is really living in lala land as far as I am concerned.
to be honest i didn’t even think or care how Somali would be in 10 years because im not going to lie and say i did because their are all lot of people like me who think what happens to Somali doesn’t concern them at all and forgot where their homeland was.. and their were people in the video saying the youth can change Somali and make it better but who is that. who would really go back to Somali to make a difference to be honest it feels like our youth today are lost just like me and lost their heritage and do not care about Somalia….but to be honest this has opened my eyes and videos like this should be prompted more so other people like me can be inspired and start thinking about their homeland and have hope
I may sound pessimistic but the truth is Somalia will not be any better in 10 years. If everybody works together and contributess, then we migh see an insignificant change.
